The tank in Peking would mainly serve defensive purposes when Peking is under attack. You should mobilise your troops from Nanking and Chongking to take Wuhan, but be careful, Chongking can be gone in a few rounds if you don't pay attention to enemy troops sneaking in from elsewhere.
You should put your best tank generals on the Heavy Tanks you spawned in with or else they won't be able to last long.
